Is there a way to change multiple fields at once in a report?

Hi all! I am newer to the reporting side of Salesforce. We use Salesforce to house patient data, I pulled a report to see how many patients have had an "inactive status" for two plus years along with their nurse navigators name. It pulled over 700. the goal of this report is to change the current navigators name to "BTN Navigator". Instead of me having to individually click within 700 patients or "accounts" is there a way I can change the column all at once? for future knowledge as well, is there a way to have a default setting set where once a patient hits two years it will automictically change the navigator?     Thanks in advance I look forward to yalls feedback!!!!
