Create Row Number Column based on Date (with 2 hours interval)

Hi,

I have raw data and I want to add Row number column

that based on sub id, name and date column.

In date column the relevant time for row number is where the difference between each row with the same name and subid is 2 hours interval

for example (The last column I want to add in Tableau):
