Hello Tableau Community,
I have a scenario where we are gathering survey data. Our fields are listed as either 'Survey Questions' and 'Survey Answers'.
Ideally, we would want the questions to be fields, while the answers to the survey questions are the values.
Does anyone have thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Might require reshaping of the data to some degree or another.
