After upgraded from 2023.1.3 -> 2023.1.4.
User got issue on authenticating. Most of difficulties in login to server.

Yes, is there a way to revalidate API? User reported that they sometimes able to authenticate seamlessly, while on other attempts, users could face multiple login failures.
