Instead of changing them one by one the users. is there a way to change them on mass?

Unless others have some other type of experience on this situation, it doesn't appear to be an easy process based on this recently update Knowledge Base Article here. Primarily because the Username is uniquely tied to their email address. There's a related thread regarding use of AD (Active Directory) and TSM commands (Tableau Server) here.
