I am facing a problem while opening Tableau Public Desktop . It is giving error as cant start Tableau , try to reinstall it once again

but not able to succeed . I have 13 GB of disk size remaining , so there was no problem while installing. I have installed Tableau Desktop too ,it runs fine so no issue to Tableau desktop also , but it creates issues for Tableau Public Desktop . Attaching snapshot for reference
It has, so far as I know, nothing to do with versioning. It's the platform itself that's the issue. So no, I don't believe you can practice with any versioning of it at this point until that's resolved. Best, Don
