Hello, I work for a community college where we mostly share our tableau with users over Tableau Public. I am having trouble with my highlight tables in The Daily Enrollment Snapshot Viz. I use SAS to aggregate the data before uploading the data into Tableau. Currently I have all the combinations for the way courses fall over the week. Monday courses, Monday/Wednesday courses, Monday/Wednesday/Friday courses, etc. created in SAS before Tableau. Clearly it's a bit ridiculous for our advisors and department chairs to wade through that nonsense.

What I am envisioning is every day of the week is listed once with the time blocks, and when the user clicks on the time slot they want, the "what sections" area can list the days for each specific course.

Higher Ed: Days of the Week over Multiple Columns, how to get them to play together nicely?

I tried using parameters, but that ended up with displaying one day at a time:

I'm new to parameters so maybe there is a better way?

Here is a sample of the raw day data:

I am open to other ideas besides my own. Any suggestions are appreciated

Thank you,

Renee
