How to make the percent of total static/fixed without being affected by filters.

Hello everyone,

I have bellow issue,

The percentage of Boy who gives Negative response (40%)  plus percentage of Boy who gives Positive response (60%) add up to 100%, same goes to Girl for every question.

After I filter for Negative response, all percentages become 100%.

Can anyone assist me on how to make the percentages remain static (Eg: Negative, Boy, 40%) without being affected by the filter.
