Hi, I'm new to Tableau Server, Could someone explain the cause of this Extract Refresh Failure?
The extracts don’t run on the server no matter what time we set it to happen. But locally we were able to get the extract in about 20min.
All the emails we get about extract failing are like this:

@Eloy Morales this is kind of default setting on Tableau server.
After 5 consecutive failing tries the schedule will be suspended.
You need to check what is going on with the schedule and try to refresh it manually.
