HI team,

Need urgent help in setting up SLA & CSAT trend-charts into one chart. Currently, both trend charts are created independently. SLA & CSAT values come from a different data source. Please see below.

Need urgent help in setting but SLA & CSAT trend charts into one

The issue that I am facing is when I select Individual "Lacy Lei", SLA values start from Aug 2018 while CSAT values start from Sept 2018. I need them to be in a single chart so that the trend lines are marked correctly by Months.

I tried to add SLA calculated field in CSAT chart. But there is a flag in CSAT chart which is causing the issue as CSAT values come from a different data source.

Kindly have a look at it. Request urgent help on this. Please help!

    Hey Kanika,

As suggested in the other thread, make the following changes and you should be good:

    1. Data Relationship: You had MY(First Close Date) = MY(First Close Date),

    • Change it to MY(Main Filter Date) = FY (First Close Date)

Hey Kanika, As suggested in the other thread, make the following changes and you should be good: 1.

    2. On the sheet (in the attached workbook: SLA & CSAT Trend) where you want these calculations:

    • Only activate GEO, Individual & First Close Date links. (Created stays disabled).

    3. And finally, add AVG(CSAT) to this sheet and edit the axis accordingly to see the percentages properly. You don't have to use dual axis as it might overlap the lines and make the chart confusing.

    Attached the workbook for reference.
