Hi All,
We had high memory usage on our tableau servers for past few days, due to this we kept killing the vizql server processes & cache server processes from task manager or will restart that particular worker node from VM.
Today some of our users had complaints that their refresh extract failed because of credentials and they tried to update the credentials through edit connection, which they were not able to do.
Also they tried to republish the same workbook and dashboard but they received error message.
Today we tried to delete the workbook and data source but its not letting us to delete, it gives us an error message.
Couldn't delete the datasource /workbook.
What could be the cause. What can we do to delete DS/WB.

Hey Shoba,
This also sounds like it could be a corruption due to processes not finishing. I would try a restart of your server and if that doesn't work then contact Tableau Support:
