Multiple lines  of the same columns in tableau-First Column

Hi ,

I have used index to have the multiple values of the same columsn in tableau.

I implemented the same concept in my actual work , used the index but still i seeing my first column not showing the multiple values to the column.

Not sure what is needed after adding the index , is there any other way.Can anyone please let me know.

    Please follow below steps for solutions.

     

    Step 1: Write Down Index() into Rows Section.

    Step 2: Right click on index() and click on Discrete.

    Step 3: Drag and Drop to before city Dimensions.

    Step 4:  Right Click on Index() Dimensions and Deselect 'Show Header'.

    Step 5: Final Output as below
