Want to see the Year Quarter difference in viz when I select on one graph

Example: when I select on bar 2020-Q1 of sheet(Fair Value-Program)

then in the above sheet (Year Quarter)

I should see the difference of (2020-Q1)- (2019-Q4)

i.e. selected Year-Qauter subtracted by Previous Year Quarter

Want to see the Year Quarter difference in viz when I select on one graph

    I think there is a confusion there. I have calculated % Difference between the two. I have added another chart for Difference
