I'm trying to get the Average Headcount but for some reasons I'm getting an error. "Cannot mix aggregate and non-aggregate".
Appreciate the help.

what do you want to achieve? average per month? if it is average per month, you can try
(Running_sum(Sum([Actual HC Graph])))/Countd(Month([Reporting Month]))
