Dear everyone,
I am trying to combine 2 shapefiles (and second solution 1 shapefile + Excel file that contains 2 columns Lat and Long)
I would like to have a map with my polygone superposed with my points but when I try to add the points on the second empty map I have Lat Long tick in orange (I guess this is the cause of my problem)
I join a screen
Any help would be much appreciated

If you have orange tick marks then it's likely you're data blending. I would only use data blending as a last resort. Without a workbook, it's further difficult to determine what else might be the issue.
You should be using a JOIN between your two data sets in the Data Source of the workbook. There are several examples of how to do this on Sarah Battersby's blog: Dual Axis Mapping - Many Ways
