"Only Relevant Values" option not visible in cross data source filter

Hi Guys,

I have 2 data sources and i am doing cross data source filtering using 4 dimensions , at the data is being filtered at the view level however the cascading effect on the other filters is not working. "Only Relevant Values" option is not even visible. (See image 1)

I am looking for the filters to have cascading effect just.

Please note its at the view level not at the dashboard level.
