I have 10 Excel files in a folder with more files to come regularly - prepared for a union of the total amount of data. In Prep I have been connection to the first file and after that used the "Union multiple tables" to get the rest of the files in. But how do I go from that to get all the data ready for cleaning? Please take a look at my picture of the problem.

Hi, make sure to click on the apply button. However, when you move to a clean module, the data pane will only show you the first 1 Million rows (sample size is 1M). Tableau Prep does this, to avoid having to evaluate all the data for each step.
If it has to evaluate all the data on each step, building a flow would take so much time. So my recommendation is you to work the flow with the million rows. If you want to inspect the results; after a module create an output module, execute the flow and inspect the results in Tableau Desktop.
If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
