Highlight min value across 3 measures

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if someone could assist me in understanding how I can highlight the minimum value across three columns? i.e I would like the minimum value across these columns for each row to be highlighted in green.

I have a workbook which due to confidentiality I cannot share however can someone please assist?
