I want to share a dashboard with somebody as a packaged workbook. They're not normally Tableau or Excel users, so I don't want them to get lost clicking through the worksheets using the little tabs at the bottom.
Is it possible to exclude/hide those?

Sure, right click the worksheet tab and click hide. This will only work for worksheets that are on a dashboard. Any worksheets not on a dashboard will just show the delete option.
