Is it possible to create an action to another dashboard when a user clicks on a cell in a table?

I have a worksheet that looks like a table on a dashboard. Now on the dashboard, when the user say clicks on a column name, I want to create an action which takes the user to another dashboard. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
