Hi Guys.

How can I show a measure Column before the Dimesnion column ??

Suppose in the below Table, The "Result" field is a Measure and other two dimensions.

How can I show Result before Duration ?

JobDuration ResultABC2:00:00SuccessXYZ3:00:00Fail

Changing the Result (Measure) into a dimesnion won't help as it has been purposely set as measure due to the below issue.

It might be a foolish question , but an answer would help.

Thanks

Akshay

Here's your example with two sheets used to get the result you want: This has its limitations, of course.

This has its limitations, of course.  The other option is to study Jonathan's workbook and try your hand at the Multiple-Axis Crosstab (that has limitations as well--the link above will provide you with all the details you'll need). I'd suggest studying that workbook anyway, as there's a ton of great info in there on all kinds of formatting options in Tableau.  Make sure to download it and view it in Desktop, so you can read the full captions/instructions and view the work.

    Cheers, and good luck!
