Action Filters in data source filter before I add a non-action filter filter on the data source

Hi,

When I go to the Data Source (first) tab, there are "0" data source filters.  But when I click add my own data source filter, I see four action filters in the data source filter list and after I add my filter, the data source filter then shows 5 as the total data source filters (the four before plus mine probably).  These seem like phantom data source action filters.  Can someone tell me about these?  My numbers are not matching a replica of these same filters.  How can I find the source of these action filters?
