we are working with the large data set. around (800 Millions) records. the development is done based on the some same extracts.
Now if I want to publish this report to the server what is the best approach to publish.
1. Tublish the .twb file and .tde file separately and refresh the .tdw file in regular intervals?
But I am not sure how this one will work.Can someone please explain which is the best approach to deal with large volume of extracts.

my main doubts is in Tableau server can we refresh the .tde file then link the .tde file to the .twb file.
Can we refresh the .tde file alone?
If I refresh the .tde file periodically then when we open the report it will get the latest data or not?
