Need Help to Get top 10 employer for searched job title .My Viz is not working the way i want ..plz help

Hi All ,

 

I want to create a VIZ which has 10 Employer based on Avg Salary based on the Job title search .

 

My ViZ data is huge and can't add Tbwx .

 

I have Employer(120 odd different employer)  as X axis , Avg Salary on Y axis and search box as parameter which could be typed with Job title .The resultant Viz should have top 10 companies paying for that Job title.

Would appreciate if you can help .

    Thanks Deepak . I am currently using Filters and top 10 ,i want only top 10 . However i want it to be dynamic in nature i.e. If i am a Business analytic s consultant and i search this job title in Search box ,i should get top 10 companies based on salary who pay good for that job title example tableau SAS Quikview xxxx xxY companies and when i search Mainframe analyst i should get may be Citibank ,USbank ,HSBC as employer . I hope my question has more clarity now .
