Tableau Server - LDAP Error when attempting to add new users via AD account

When i try to add a new user to Tableau Server via AD account i receive the following error:

"The user "activedirectory.user" could not be added because of an error on the LDAP server. Contact the server administrator if this problem occurs repeatedly."

I can't find the cause for this, if anyone know how to resolve this issue or have any idea i'd appreciate alot!
