A number of subscriptions failed and I need to get these reports to the subscribed employees. Is there a way to rerun these jobs to have the reports emailed out?

This probably won't help if you're looking for specific subscriptions. But one thing you can do is go to Schedules, check the schedules that are of type Subscription, and go to Action > Run Now.
