Looks like some type of homework assignment. Here's a screenshot of a scatterplot using Clustering. Clustering feature is found in the Analytics Tab, left-side of worksheet, next to Data Tab (upper left side). Click on Analytics Tab and if the visualization allows for clustering to occur, then it'll be available to you in black font. If the view won't support clustering, then it'll be grayed out, not available for use.
It really depends on what you're trying to analyze. So that's up to you. Here's a link on more information about clustering in Tableau:
