Two measures names with different colors

Hi There, Thanks for your help in advance, there is a problem I cannot solve,

So it is in sheet 4, what I want to achieve is:

for Furniture: Akron is light green.

for Office Supplies: Abilene is light red, Akron is medium red, Albuquerque is Deep red.

for Technology: Akron is light pink, Albuquerque is medium pink.
