I've tried so many methods to make my data display after adding the column and row I want for my visualization and still, yet it doesn't show. I would be happy if anyone can help.

Yep, that's the issue we've been seeing. Try downgrading to 2019.4. But please please please contact support so they can learn more about this issue. Thank you!
