I have a TWBX file but I need to refresh with the source file all the time in order to get access to the calculated fields.
I checked "Extract" but the issue maintain. I thought when you create an extract into a twbx file a copy of data is stored within the file.
What I am doing wrong so that the TWBX needs to re-connect to the source file?

Try turning off the extract. Tableau will store a copy of the original file inside the twbx, and won't prompt you when you switch to the Data Source tab.
If you need to refresh from the original file, then Tableau will need to know the location of the original file.
