start ,suspned resume and end on trend based on values

Hi All,

 

Please find attached workbook which has data and data output what i am looking for - please share your thoughts.

 

I wanted to show based on values and date start and end may be we can use min and max along with date value . and values before 0 we can say as suspand and after zero resume.

 

please help . attached data and work book

    do you still need an answer on this - saw it in the unanswered queue

    not certain what suspend means - but if you just dont want to show values with 0 you can use a lookup filter

    lookup(SUM([Count]),0)<>0 placed on the filter shelf and set to True
