How to rank based on a Quick Table Calculation (% Difference from the previous along a table (Across)).

Essentially, I want to rank the line charts based on the quick table calculation so that the tables with the biggest fluctuations (+ or -) between just the most recent week and last (26 Dec and 28 Nov) come to the top, while keeping the visualisation as a line chart. If I could keep the quick table calculation displayed just in the tooltip that would be great, but not required.
