I am trying to create a dashboard that includes all American states and Canadian provinces. I am organizing the states/provinces into different custom territories and would like to have these territories on a quick filter. However, I still want the states to show up as individual states when a territory is selected and not showing just the grouped territory. Thanks!
I just did something similar. Create a group by right clicking on your State/Province Dimension and this will set up all your territories. Now put this group on your filters shelf of one of the worksheets in your dashboard and make it global to affect all worksheets on that dashboard page. Then just display the quick filter of that new group to allow selection of each territory.
