IF [Engaged Within 12 months] = TRUE THEN / [Company Count] END Help Please what am I doing wrong in this Calculated field Calculated Field HELP

Hello guys,

 

Please I need help creating a Calculated Field (using the attached workbook).

 

- IF Engaged Within 12 Months is True THEN / (divide) by Company Count.

 

(IF Engaged With 12 Months is TRUE then divide by Company Count) is the calculation I'm looking for but some odd reason its not working for me.

    Hi Joy,

     

    Could you please give a little more context into what this calculation is supposed to achieve?

    E.g. are you trying to measure the number of companies a contact has interacted with?
