I don't even know what to call this issue. I created a sample data that i attached with this discussion. When i brought it to Tableau, its acting weird. I wanted to see the Male, Female emp count. somehow, the each Gender type is getting separated into 2 separate panes. I am attaching the screenshot as well.
Please let me know what is the issue here.

Hi all, thank you for working on my problem. I found the issue. Some places "Billing Clerk" was spelled as "Billing clerk". That is why the issue coming here.
