Issues when data downloaded as Crosstab from Server

Hi... I am facing issues when downloading data as crosstab from Server. One of the column values are appearing as Columns at the end instead of appearing as in rows. Can someone please help we what why is it happening so.

I have few columns in tooltip and the column which is appearing wrongly in crosstab download is also one of the tooltip column.
