What Tableau calculation(s) could I create to show me those Doctors who had to have patients re-assigned to another doctor. The patients that had to be re-assigned are those with two ‘Start’ dates. For example, in the attachment, the name Adkison has a start date of 09/08/2025 with Doctor 4. This person had to be re-assigned to Doctor 2 on 09/22/2025. I need to calculate the number of re-assignments per doctor to show me which doctor is having their patients re-assigned. See attached data. Thanks in advance for for any help.

Never mind Don, I see when opening your workbook, you called that first calc. "StartDateCountDistinct".
