I wanted to use Selections of Filter 1 to be used in Filter 2 on another Tableau sheet. Is there a workaround for this?

Not sure if you've already tried this:

Sheet 1: Add Filter 1 and Show Filter 1

Sheet 2:

Add Filter 1 (but do not show)

Add Filter 2 -> Select 'Only Relevant Values'

On the Dashboard using these 2 sheets, show Filter 1 from Sheet 1 and choose apply to selected worksheets. Within that dialog box, choose Sheet 2 as well. Show Filter 2 from Sheet 2.

When you select values from Filter 1, values in Filter 2 should automatically update.
