Need to display Empty Columns even if it is null Value.

Hi,

I have a requirement to display the columns as 1 to 7 and 8+ as in the screen shot.  Im not getting 3 & 4 values bcz of those dates not matched but i want to display 3 and 4 values also. i selected the option 'show empty columns' also. Please help.
