I cannot see the MySQL option under Connect > To a server menu. Note its also not available when I click 'More' under To a server

I have Tableau 10.3.0. Could this be a version related issue? or do I need to install additional packages?

Hello Sha,
It seems that you might be using Tableau Public, not Tableau Desktop.
