I am having my students use Tableau to analyze some data and present the results. I want them to use Tableau's story mode to present their results. On the first few pages of the story, I just want the students to include some text but no charts. The first page would simply be their names and the second page would be a brief paragraph description of their project. I am not sure how to do this. I tried creating a new chart and used area annotate to enter this information but had no data on the rows and columns. When I dragged this chart into the story as the first page, the chart was blank and the annotation did not appear.
I know Tableau is not PowerPoint but I am just trying to have the students use a single tool for their projects.
Ideas?
