Successfully done the challenge number 3 of business administartion specialist but its giving error that summary report (Couldn't find a summary report named 'High Value Residential'.) is not present but it is there in my org

If your High Value Residential summary report is present but Trailhead isn't detecting it, try these fixes-
1. Ensure the report name matches exactly, including spacing and capitalization.
2. Some challenges require a report to be in a specific folder- verify its location.
3. Clear the cache, log out of Trailhead, then try again.
4 . Confirm itit'set to a Summary Report, not Tabular or Matrix.
5 . If using a playground, create a new report with the correct details and retry.
