Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id when using send email action in Flow

Hello Trailblazers

 

I keep getting this error when debugging that sends an email when a new booking record is created

 

Error Occurred:

insufficient access rights on cross-reference id

 

Does anyone know how to solve this ?
