Issue with Conditional Formatting Disappearing After Saving

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Conditional Formatting. Does anyone know why the formatting disappears after saving the dashboard?

I've attached two screenshots:

  • Before saving – where the Conditional Formatting is visible.
  • After saving – where the formatting disappears.

The white-colored line in the "before saving" screenshot represents a dimension line where I applied Conditional Formatting.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

    @Ada Xu Thanks for your reply. I have tried the same. But it did not work. I will try to see, how it will be in Production. Hopefully it wont be any problem.

    I just experienced this last Friday. What I did is that I went to the query and randomly changed something and rerun the query. Then somehow the conditional formatting was magically being able to saved
