Hi All, I'm trying to upgrade managed package in salesforce through App Exchange in sandbox but it's auto redirecting to production org. Please help to tackle this.

Hello @Rohit Chavan,
On the appexchange listing page, rather than clicking "Get it Now" you need to click "Try it Free" to install in a sandbox.
This rolled out last week: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/learn/simplified-appexchange-app-trials

can you help contact the package owner to share the sandbox link of the package upgrade?
otherwise.. you should be seeing an option to select sandbox while you are upgrading.. ensuring that no other browser has your prod logged in
