Hi ,

For an integration use case , I have created connected app in the web service org. And an auth provider in the other org from where we want to access the web service. While creating named credential, when I choose the auth provider, and try to save it, It redirects me to the login page , on providing credentials, It throws an error and restricts me to login . Attaching the screenshot of the error.

OAUTH_AUTHORIZATION_BLOCKED error while saving named credential

@Suhani Bhargava If everything has been checked, the issue might be related to Permissions. You can also try using a different browser and check if a VPN is enabled anywhere.

I remember a case when a similar error occurred due to a corporate firewall.

Also too, you can connect with Salesforce Help Team

Hi @Mykhailo Vdovychenko , Thanks for your help . checked consumer key and secret, correct ones are provided on the auth provider. Also checked the callback URL on the connected app, that also matched with the auth provider. Regarding permissions, any specific permission you think we might be missing ?

    Hi, @Suhani Bhargava

This issue typically arises due to misconfiguration or restrictions in the OAuth flow between the connected app, auth provider, and named credential setup.

    Check your connection settings again.
