I am building a basic email flow that acknowledges a donor when they have made a donation. However, the flow is not showing up anywhere (where donations have not been acknowledged yet) even though I think I built it well and dragged it in the correct spot (top right corner). Am I missing something?

Your filters are the problem them. Try removing one at a time to determine which one in particular.
What is the acknowledgement button? Is that part of your screen flow or a different custom action?
Remember I have no visibility into your org so you need to provide as much context as possible
