I unable to connect to an AI specialist playground that I was logged into a few does ago, indicates that a reset password email has been sent to me but I can not find it . I checked my spam holder and ensured it is the right account but I can not connect to it .
How can I fix this to complete the other modules in the AI specialist trail?

I encourage you to get help from the Trailhead support team.
Please note that even if you have disconnected this org from the hands-on orgs section, it may still appear in the list of template orgs in the backend, which can prevent you from creating a new AgentForce Playground. However, we have successfully removed the AgentForce playground org from your profile's template orgs list. You should now be able to create a new AgentForce Playground and proceed further.
