I was planning to complete Platform App Builder Certification Maintenance (Winter '25).
In the second module, "Get Hands-On with Conditional Formatting in Dynamic Forms," I need to add a Dynamic Highlight Panel to the Lightning Record Page.
In my organization, the Lightning Record Page Dynamic Highlight panel is not available for dragging and dropping fields.
Could you please guide me?

@Mykhailo Vdovychenko I did as the instructions say and removed the original panel. That is the one you can upgrade. You cannot upgrade the component they want you to add. That will not work I am afraid.
make sure if you Upgraded your Page to Dynamic Actions.

Same problem. Tried two different orgs. How can you make this required and then give us no way to finish it? Please help...
