I did all the activities and tested the agent for the purpose given in the course, then connected my profile with the playground and an error appears saying the system could not find the agent named CC Service Agent.
I verified the set up in the simulation and everything is OK. How can I fix the problem to earn the points?

Had the same problem, i just got the badge.
Somehow the name of the agent "copilotLabel = CC_Service_Agent" is written with underscore. Just edit the name to be "copilotLabel = CC Service Agent" and you will pass
